YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki steps down, will assume advisory role at Google and Alphabet CEO of YouTube Susan Wojcicki will be stepping down from her post of 9 years. Wojcicki will assume an advisory role at Alphabet and will be replaced by Neal Mohan, YouTube’s Chief Product Officer. A big deal as Wojcicki has been with YouTube since its inception.
Twitter to allow cannabis advertising. When a company has a CEO that smokes weed with Joe Rogan on a podcast, it's only a matter of time before cannabis becomes a part of the business. Twitter updated its advertising policy allowing advertisers to promote certain cannabis products in states where it's legal. Another win for cannabis as it becomes more accepted in the United States.
TikTok is coming to cars, starting with Mercedes-Benz. TikTok is everywhere these days, and will soon be in the new Mercedes-Benz E Class. The app will allow drivers to watch TikTok when the car is parked. Infotainment systems have become more engaging in certain years with video games and streaming built in.

Hulu Paid Subscribers 2019-2023
Owning 66% of Hulu, Disney has yet to say what it plans to do with Hulu. Bob Iger has not committed to fully acquire the remaining interest owned by Comcast, sell it, or spin it off.
Since 2019, Hulu has continued to grow its paid subscription model every quarter. With several different tiers and bundle packages with Disney+, ESPN, and a live TV option, Hulu offers quite a bit in terms of content and options for subscribers.
Disney has announced a major restructuring into 3 distinct operations: Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products.
Will Hulu continue to grow over the next few quarters, be spun off or sold, or face the dreaded subscriber losses like its main competitor Netflix did last year?
